Extensive experience of brand management is essential to this position, as well as proven sales experience across special projects, display and online advertising (a minimum of 4 years sales experience required).

Ideal candidates will have a comprehensive knowledge of the fashion publishing sector, as well as a keen interest and passion for fashion, art, music and film – everything that has made i-D the most authoritative source of style and culture over the past 31 years.

Sales Function

Developing relationships with current clients, with a strong emphasis on developing new business opportunities - maximising advertising revenue, yield and marketshare across the given territory.

Includes fashion and consumer clients – sales across print, digital and creative initiatives.

  • Brand management
  • Agency management
  • Negotiating rates
  • Increasing yields and volume
  • Managing current client base and deepening trading relationships
  • Extending current client base, targeting new markets and researching competitive
  • Keeping up to date with the fashion and media market
  • Building and maintaining relationships with PR agencies/Advertising Agencies/Fashion clients

Special projects

  • Working in conjunction with the Editorial departments selling and co-ordinate promotional packages in-mag and online (multi-media solutions including contract publishing, events, films, advertorials)
