The Role:
We have an opening for a highly commercial individual with a keen eye for detail to manage, train & grow our online Visual Merchandising team. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all products are impeccably merchandised on the site and across all relevant marketing channels, enabling cross selling opportunities to be optimized so that our fashion-savvy customer sees the latest pieces perfectly presented. Sitting in the marketing team you will report into our Head of Site & will liaise closely with the Editorial, Retail and Web Production departments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage & train online Visual Merchandising team.
- Working with merchandising plans & Content Management System promotional tools, ensure team drive incremental sales through proactive onsite merchandising & cross selling.
- Ensure all marketing promotional areas & product lists are beautifully merchandised with new & relevant product from uploads.
- Partner with Buying teams to roll out seasonal visual merchandising strategies for new & existing product categories that ensures product presentation is consistently optimized.
- Produce weekly team reports.
- Ad hoc troubleshooting & housekeeping.
- Coordinate team to support the business with promotions & product launches.
- Manage briefs to ensure that assets from the team are delivered to the business on time & to a high standard
- Manage site bug list & ensure the business is delivering solutions in a timely manner.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Solid experience of leading & managing a team.
- Commercially aware with in-depth knowledge of luxury retail and the fashion industry.
- A real sense of runway looks and what trends are happening each season
- Flair and individuality combined with awareness of the NET-A-PORTER style
- Customer focused with the ability to think globally.
- Highly computer literate, preferably with knowledge of retail back office systems.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, proactive and open to change.
- Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions.
- Proven ability to see a task through to the end & deliver solutions in a timely manner.
- A keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Pro-active, self-confident, highly motivated team player.
