PR & MARKETING INTERN - Luxury Health & Beauty
Location: London W3 and various locations
Position: Full Time, 6 months contract.
Supervisor. PR & Marketing Manager

The Organic Pharmacy is a world leader in luxury organic health and beauty care and has many A-list celebrity followers. The brand currently has 6 shops & day-spas in London and a brand new counter in Selfridges with further distribution in the UK and Internationally.

We are seeking an intern to help in our busy marketing and PR department at our head office in London W3..Office hours 9-5.30 Monday-Friday.

This is wonderful opportunity to learn more about the profession and gain experience and an insight to both PR and Marketing within the luxury Health & Beauty industry.

A team of three, the candidate will alongside the PR & Marketing Manager.

Key learning activity :
PR -

How to deal with daily press requests
How to implement social media campaigns
How Manage stock levels in product cupboard
Help organise press launches as well as any other ad hoc events for marketing/corporate
Offer creative ideas for campaigns and project manage from start to finish
How to carry out 'ring rounds' to the media
Follow health & beauty trends
Learn how to communicate PR activity internally within the company
Learn a good knowledge of national and regional media with some contacts within beauty/health/features
Candidate must be confident in person and over the telephone and be able to move on when inevitable set back occur
