General

• Office tidiness (particularly gift cupboard)
• Security count of samples on rail
• Filing
• Stationery orders
• Invoice management
• Cover Reception at Lunchtime
• Errand Runner

PR

• Managing the press reports and ensuring they are kept up to date
• Sending out press samples
• Press Sample shipping, tracking
• Couriers: booking, tracking, packing
• Deliveries on foot
• Magazine purchase, credit mark ups and scanning
• Research event ideas
• Events assistance
