Job Description – Marketing Administrator

Underground are looking for a Marketing Administrator to assist their London based Marketing team.

You will be assisting the Marketing team on all aspects of Underground marketing including:

• Social media, blogging and related research,
• Managing our image, graphic, campaign and product library and distributing to marketing partners where required
• Maintaining and updating product description library
• Organising and cataloguing of product photography
• Preparing product sales documents
• Updating web content and producing related reports
• Monitoring Underground online presence across the web to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
• Monitoring media on a day to day basis and reporting relevant coverage and news to the marketing team
• Issuing invites for trade show participations
• Assisting with the production of seasonal press events, look books and other marketing materials
• Assisting in product launch activities and launch parties
• Supporting the PR and marketing activities
• Undertaking ad hoc duties to assist the team

The ideal candidate will have excellent written English, experience in managing image databases and be well versed in using social media. You will probably be educated to a degree level or equivalent and have at least two years working in a similar role. An interest in fashion and the Underground brand would be beneficial.

Some key skills that you need:

Social Media
You will be already using Twitter, Facebook and Blogs and be up to date on trends and new social media channels such as Instagram and Tumblr.

Written English
You will have excellent written English and pay attention to correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. Preferably you will have experience in writing on a professional level or have studied a relevant degree or course.

Website Management
You will have experience in using Content Management Systems and have worked in a role where this was a part of your job. Basic Html knowledge would be beneficial.

Research and Reporting
You will have strong analytical skills and be adept in using Word, Excel and producing reports. You will have experience in producing good quality research.
