The TV presenter has designed a pair of military-style high heeled booties, which are available exclusively from ShoeDazzle.com.100 percent of the proceeds are benefiting Vanessa's chosen charity Operation Shower, a non-profit organisation that provides baby showers for expectant women whose husbands are in the armed forces. Vanessa joins the likes of Kristin Cavallari, Kristen Bell, Perez Hilton, Jenny McCarthy and Mel B who have all designed shoes to raise money for their own chosen charities in the past.
