Following Trinity Mirror's news to move the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror to a seven day publishing model (rep'd May 30), The Mirror has appointed new Editors for Mirror weekdays and Mirror weekends. Peter Willis will edit the weekdays publication while Alison Phillips has been named the Weekend Editor overseeing the Saturday and Sunday editions. Both internal appointments, Peter and Alison replace ex-Daily Mirror Editor Richard Wallace and former Sunday Mirror Editor Tina Weaver who were made redundant following the announcement last month.
