Fashion designer Nicole Richie launches a new collection of apparel and accessories with TV shopping channel QVC. The Nicole Richie Collection includes Printed Crinkle Maxi Dress ($115.50), Printed Cascade Jacket ($75) and Textured Leather Hobo Bag ($257) and debuts during The Buzz on The Red Carpet - Live from LA on February 24 - see events.
