For Valentine's Day, beauty and hair tutorial website Mobile Makeover has developed a range of new make-up looks. These include a look for a romantic night in and a night of cocktails with the girls. Each guide, which features step-by-step instructions to achieve the look, can be downloaded for £1.50, half the regular price of Mobile Makeover downloads.
