(Launches/Relaunches, Eyewear, Swimwear/Resortwear)

Spring/summer 2012 sees the introduction of the first bikini from footwear and accessories label Kurt Geiger. The two-piece style features a psychedelic print by British print designer Joe Duke; it also carries on other accessories such as cosmetics case and espadrilles. Additionally, the brand has added to its offering with the launch of debut in-house designed sunglasses collection. Bespoke acetate is crafted in the handmade styles in shades including tortoiseshell, blue and transparent pink. Kurt Geiger opened its doors on Bond Street in 1963 and has today 63 stores worldwide and 112 concessions within the UK and Europe's leading department stores, in addition to its recently relaunched e-commerce site. The spring/summer 2012 collection is presented to press today - see events.
