We've been following Emily Skye's social platforms for some time now as inspiration to get fit because, well, have you seen her?! Last year Reebok tapped her as their latest Fitness Ambassador and it's not hard to see why; Skye lifts weights and is proud of it, her abs rock (literally) and her body positivity message is something to be applauded. Featuring honest and real posts, Skye can often be seen sporting rainbow leggings in the gym and flaunting her incred body on the shores of Australia in bright bikinis.
Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, sprung onto the fitness scene a few years ago with his energising personality and the #Leanin15 hashtag. Offering quick, healthy meals (midget trees anyone?) and HIIT workouts on his social feeds, he soon became an Instagram star. The former PT now wants to transform the fitness industry, getting people out of dieting and into health and fitness. He's the first non-fiction author to hold the first, second and third spot in the UK book charts with his Lean In 15 cookbooks and has just released a fitness DVD. He's also been the ambassador for Björn Borg and Holland & Barrett. Is there anything this man can't do?
